Last night, this little guy and his parents came to my mum’s house as it was my step dad’s fortieth birthday.  When wee Robert arrived he was sound asleep in his car seat, so Maisie sat next to him, staring the whole time.  After a little while she began to say, “Aww, night night!” while stroking his little hands.  When he woke up, I asked if I could take him out! Oh my, do I love babies! Anyway, I was so happy with Maisie’s reaction while I held and chatted away to him.  She stood back in awe, smiling the whole time.  I swear I could have melted.  After a while the novelty wore off, so Mais hijacked the car seat for herself and Belle.
